I do think we tried to get this card in Amonkhet block, but two things prevented it

(Except in Storm!) WaitI just had an idea The numbers can vary, usually between about 26 and 34, and I dont want to get into the exact math behind it because its not very instructive

However, I dont think this Cactuar card is good

Not only are five colors hard to pull off, but its downright impossible in the type of aggressive deck that would want a card like this
