In the broader Commander meta, I'd expect to get my board wrathed a few times and end up not doing much of anything, but with Commander precons being relatively light on wraths, simply making big tokens and copying them a bunch of times seems like a pretty easy pathway to winning
Of the two cascade decks on this list (the other being Living End), Crashing Footfalls is much better at playing through hate, which earns it the spot in A tier
If the deck runs many high mana cost cards, it would be wise to run more lands as there is higher danger to be mana screwed, not having enough mana to play the spells in your hand
Pros and Cons The obvious pro to buying packs rather than using codes is that you can get as many as your bank account (or schedule) allows
There's a sweet spot for the ratio of creatures vs spells, the amount of lands in a deck, and the mana values of your cards
