Located on the legendary La Crau plateau (rolled pebbles, mistral wind, old vines), the estate produces deep, straight lined wines designed for aging. Presentation of the vintage "La Crau" comes from plots of rolled pebbles laid on sand and red clay. Hand harvested, partial destemming according to ripeness, long macerations,
