Œufs de Truite Fumés then flavoured with 1% TuberThe iconic Petrossian trout roe is now available in a new smoked version. The roe is carefully selected before being smoked according to Petrossians century old smoking process, and then manually sorted. The smoky flavours add depth and a nice finish to the iodized notes of the trout roe. Best enjoyed on a blini or buttered bread, with a spoonful of crme frache on a potato or soft boiled eggs.
