REVISION OF STUDY BY BRIDGET RILEY [1986] HPUPDATE05 Raglan sleeve outdoor jacket inBridget Riley (b. 1931) is a British painter, known for her Op art paintings. She was born in London, but her childhood was spent in Cornwall and Lincolnshire. Much of her visual language, rooted in colour, form and rhythm, is inspired by her childhood on the Cornish coast. She studied at Goldsmiths College, London and at the Royal College of Art, London. She explored different styles; she began painting figure subjects in a semi impressionist manner,
