Stylistically it borrows from both Marius Hammer and Austro Hungarian jewels but on balance we think it's most likely William Hair Haseler

Age: c1960s Has a full set of hallmarks but the date letter is not readable. It looks a later hallmark rather than an antique one but could be earlier. Size and weight: 5g, she's 2. 1cm nose to tail Materials: 9ct Gold Condition: Excellent, a little patina dirt and she could be polished up. The loop is not soldered shut.
