1970s "Beaubourg" Chair by Cadestin & Laurent hanging lights The glass tubes are all1970s the "Beaubourg Chair" designed by Michel Cadestin and George Laurent in 1976. Manufactured by Teda. The "chair" was commissioned for the controversial Richard Rogers and Renzo Piano's Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris who conceived the idea for the chair. The chair is constructed from a heavy and very well made tubular steel structure. The padded seat and back are made from their original leather and held in place with round steel feature flat
