Madagascar Slow Dried 64 %, 25 g. Øko. DK-ØKO-100. IKKE-EU-JORDBRUG delicious with a bit ofCacao beans from the Bejofo Estate on Madagascar, which is a massive estate that grows some world famous cacao. After the fermentation process, the beans are layed in the sun to dry for 2 hours the first day, 4 hours the second day and 6 hours the third day. Then 8 hours per day from then onwards. We call this "Slow Dried" because it is obviously a much slower process than our Magadagascar 64 % Fast Dried chocolate, where the beans dry 8 hours per day
