Mr. Noel made this reel around 1995, and only five of them were ever made. It boasts an interesting and inventive drag adjustment mechanism, whereby the drag pressure is altered via a crossbar that sits near the reel foot. Slide the crossbar toward the foot to reduce the drag, slide it away to reduce the pressure. I can't recall seeing another mechanism like it,
