Use it anywhere that calls for sesame paste, but especially for Taiwanese Peanut Noodles, a cold noodle dish enjoyed in the early mornings after a long night of KTV. Our sesame pastes are slowly stone ground between two smooth circular stones. This process generates very little heat, so the end product is pure in flavor, nutrients, and texture. Many nut
