Sold (1920) Pintel Thierry Sold £450 21ins The paw pads are recoveredThierry a rare Pintel teddy bear 1920s, with rare metal button on chest embossed P. F. France and with two standing hugging teddy bears, short golden mohair, clear and black glass eyes with remains of brown painted backs, pronounced muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed limbs with dark grey felt pads, hump and inoperative growler 24in. (61cm.) high (bald spot to left cheek, other minor bald spots and slight general wear)
