The rod is in near mint restored condition. Ted Simroe performed the restoration. There is one invisible wrap on one of the tips, covering what appears to be a scarf. All sections are full length. Cap and ring over a butternut insert. Includes original bag and tube. Rod weighs 3 7 8 oz. Ferrules are 9 64 and 14 64.
