Much of the original leaded finish remains. "JS" initials for reel maker Jimmy Smith. All original and in excellent condition throughout. Ribbed brass foot and duplicated MKII check. The reel has no significant end play, nice tight reel mechanically. Stunning dark brown unblemished agate line guide. Wonderful condition ebonite handle spins freely. Tension
