醸造方法：10月初旬に収穫されたブドウをステンレスタンクで通常より高い温度（27−29℃）で発酵させます。ＭＬＦ発酵が完了したら､ワインはバトナージュのために別の容器に移します。1月に半乾燥させたブドウを加え18−20℃で二次発酵を行い、25−60HLのスラヴォニア･オークの大樽で18ヶ月､600Lの桜の樽で6ヶ月間熟成させます。桜の樽での熟成は、セレーゴ・アリギエーリ特有のエレガントなスタイルを生み出します。瓶内熟成は最低6ヶ月。
