A pair of Aubusson Style Tapestry Cushions Winter Scene Height: 42An excellent pair of wool tapestry cushions in the Aubusson style of the 18th Century. The floral design is worked in subtle shades of blue, rust and gold on an ecru ground, typical of the colour palate of the 18th Century. They are edged with dull gold tassel trimming and backed in ecru linen fabric. The pads are feather filled and the covers easily removed by well concealed zips.
