It is made from the same 1200D waterproof breathable and Teflon coated outer fabric (5000mm 5000g m2 24hrs) as the rug and has a soft nylon lining to help prevent rubbing and keep the coat smooth. The neck cover has two Velcro strip fastenings to attach to the turnout rug
