Escarpment Rose 2025 Rare it's a marvellous expression showing100% Pinot Noir After so many years of making full bodied Pinot Noir the team at Escarpment wanted to explore some other facets of this wonderful grape. Pinot Noir from Te Muna Rd has given us a wonderfully perfumed, strawberry aromatic wine. Left on skins for a mere 2 hours then barrel fermented in old oak a very delicate perfect blush coloured Pinot Ros has resulted.
