Tommasi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Vayots Dzor A finely tuned Chardonnay thatCorvina 50%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%. This classic Amarone is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, beginning with hand harvested and carefully selected grapes, followed by a traditional drying period of around three months in well ventilated lofts. After a slow fermentation lasting 25 days in stainless steel at 2530C, the wine matures for three years in large 35 and 65 hL Slavonian oak casks, developing depth, complexity and
