It begins with flavours of yellow fruit (apricot, mango, and exotic fruits), and later takes on a mineral and peppery flavour. Hawthorn like white flower fragrances are developed by the second nostril. The wine has a wonderful volume in the tongue. It has wonderful mineral flavours, a good acidity, and is persistent.
