According to the distiller's notes, its well balanced aroma includes a hint of sweet fruit and rye spice, with subtle notes of mint. On the palate, you can expect to taste flavors of caramel, vanilla, and fruit, followed by a rye finish. These flavors are present throughout, including fruit, rye, spice, mint, caramel, and vanilla.
