It is a special technique like shibori, where the fabric is permanently creased or pleated in a desired shape. The construction is interesting it has a lycra base panel, over which the non stretch shibori panel is placed and sewn together in the seams. The permanent pleating in the fabric means it stretches with the lycra underneath, and maintains its fun texture even when being worn. This
